Ghl Hotel Lago Titicaca Puno

The staff and rooms were first class, I loved it. Incredibly beautiful view, nice bar - everything was excellent.

The venue is contemporary and luxurious, its location is magnificent, right by the lake in an excellent location, the hill and Lake Titicaca. Caring, attentive personnel is from the doorman.

I came here for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. Variety of food for breakfast, which was delightful to satisfy everyone.

The property was fairly clean and staff was polite. We were given impeccable, huge room with a sunset view. The food served was good. Excellent service provided there too.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The bed was lovely and the restaurant was pleasant and had lots of food. They had savoury breakfast with eggs and bacon. I loved a comfortable decor and contemporary furniture. The staff was VERY AWESOME, was willing to help all the time. Brilliant location to puno port.

I loved my time in this property. Special hotel, tasty breakfast, great value. Staff were fine and kind made my stay very good. The early check-in process too.

I loved that the lobby was inviting. Upmarket hotel with accommodating customer service. Had no problem using their easy to access parking, the internet was free;))

All in all, I spend my time very nicely. Beds were comfy and rooms were tidy. Hotel staff was helpful! Everything was perfect as always.
